Yeah, I'm having this happen to me too. Especially when fending off Volatiles during the night. I'll be hitting them and then Aiden will just randomly throw the weapon I'm currently using and then I'll have to use survivor sense to find and pick it back up.

This never happened before this new update and it's beyond irritating.

People was raging over that we didn't have weapon throw in DL2 since it was in DL1. I never got the hype about weapon throwing.. especially in both games since we got really good alternative ranged attacks..

If you hold left click(default attack) for a power attack and then press F(default interaction) you will throw your weapon.

In the pilgrim skills, the method to throw your weapon should be listed under power attack.

I don't recommend to throw weapons, at least for weapons that are highly valuable, as that's how I lost one. Sometimes it's possible to throw one and you cannot retrieve it.

The key binding for the new weapon throw features is a little bit unfortunate... at least on PC.
To throw a happen you have to press Left Mouse + F. And it appears this can be triggered by accident when looting.

This happened just now randomly and I can't pick the weapon back up..... It's just sitting there on the Street and I can't do anything about it... I literally just crafted 20 swords to get those affixes, wtf >.<

I have NEVER activated a weapon throw before, did they just add it? I don't want it and it should be it's own hotkey, seriously what the hell. There's a reason I have drop weapon bound to a key I'd never reach.
