no mods and verified install and still no legend levels

anyone know how to fix this issue even did a clean install and a brand new computer and still has them locked

you have to get to a certain level for the legend to unlock

i started everything from scratch to try and fix it and releveled up to max and its still locked AGAIN

Have you spent all your skill points? Legend levels don't unlock until all skills are unlocked in both trees (Meaning you have to unlock every skill, even if you don't desire to).

yea i spent them all and it should have unlocked but it never did pretty much i just gave up while the game is fun if i cant play it all cause they cant do proper updates then i wont play at all i would refund it if i could i just wont be buying into the games anymore i have wasted to much time trying to fix it and just dont care anymore
