has fsr 2.0 been removed?
I only see XeSS, fsr (1.0 i suppose) and lineal upscaling
There is no fsr 2.0 anymore. they replaced fsr 2.0 with XeSS which i am getting literally -30 fps in ultra quality mode and -20 in performance mode.

EDIT:

thanks to all the information in the comments, I can say that FSR 2.0 is only shown (as well as DLSS) when using a RTX card for some reason.

I assume that FSR is still the same as it was before patch 1.8, so it is still FSR 2.0 / 2.1, probably shortened for space reasons. AMD still advertises FSR 2.0 / 2.1 on their DL2 page.

after 24 hours of playing with fsr 2.0, I can say that it is not the same.

Does it feel slower in the movements during fights & co ?

no, but if you select the performance mode in FSR, you will see that it is not FSR 2.0 because the image quality is extremely deteriorated (FSR 2.0 performance it is not so exaggerated).
I have made comparisons when fsr 2.0 was there.

Apparently they removed FSR2.0 with this update and replaced it with XeSS. What kind of a big brain decision is that?
Phoenix Dec 8, 2022 @ 11:55am
I hope this is not the case, while XeSS performs great on Intel ARC gpus using it's xmx accelerators it doesn't perform nearly as well with gpus from AMD or Nvidia, It is actually a stepdown compared to FSR 2 when not using Intel due to inferior image quality and increased overhead

I'm still seeing, and can select between dlss, fsr, fsr2.0 and linear as well as the newly added xess.

I hope this isn't true, I'm OK with DLSS but FSR 2 looks much better (at least in this game) imo.

really? its a very bad decision; my game ran flawlessly but only with FSR 2.0. (60 fps on my laptop, 1080p)

1.0 image was blurry as hell and gives worst performance.

What a letdown.

Are you sure that there is no FSR2 option? It should go like this in menu when you cycle through options: No upscalling, DLSS, FSR2, XeSS, FSR, Linear.

Ok I just updated the game, I still have FSR 2 with no problem.
Try verifying your game files maybe?

Don't worry it's there.

Only have xess, fsr 1.0 and linear
I have checked it with dx11 and dx12.
