Broomstick not in my inventory

I have been trying to keep the Broomstick from the challenge "baba yaga" but no matter what I do I can't seem to keep it.

I have tried both 2 methods of quitting or using the player stash.

When I quit and rejoin, it isn't in my inventory which is pretty much empty. Then when I try to find a player stash, I end up running out of the challenge area.

Was there a patch for this?

yes its patched its not intended to be used outside of the easteregg.

Wow, they give us the Pyza Suit in the last game, but nothing in this one?

What about the Hoverboard, patched too?
