Other sources for military tech?

On my second playthrough I sided with the PK. So I already missed the three inhibitors in the safe house next to the PKs windmill.

But now I am one military tech short. I found all 26 airdrops (14 regular + 12 in the sunken city) and already double checked them if I had forgotten the last missing tech in one of them. Nada...

Is there military tech I can get from missions?

I am sure on my first playthrough I had all night runner equipment fully upgraded before I started the epilogue.

Is it impossible to fully upgrade the night runner equipment if you side with the PKs?

Has nothing to do with who you sided.
Last update made the tech crates only lootable once.
14 crates and 15 crafparts needed for the tools. You know the result. ;-)

Found out you can get more Military Tech in Coop.
At least if it has not been collected by the other Player before.

i highly doubt them when they say as intended. and they seem to keep changing their mind and or not test at all. going to the same drop twice would have let them know it wasn't behaving as interned simply using the grapple hook would have let them know it was not behaving "as intended"
