Stuck at Questioning Sophie abt Lucas

i previously managed to Press F to open the door, but the door is non responsive now and i am unable to enter bazaar, hence blocking me from turning in all my other quest.

any idea how to enter bazaar? since other entrances have NPCs fixing the door thus blocking it

If not found yet, go around and use the front entrance. It is because of a cutscene there.
