Saint Paul Electrical Station / Secure The Area Bug / Time Frozen Bug

Hello guys, well I came to this place to connect the electrical sources to capture this place
Well I did but it says 'Secure the Area' means there are enemies to defeat but there is no enemy and it's bugged, tried everything but still nothing

Also my time is bugged as well, it never goes to night if you're in day or the opposite
Time is frozen

Would be awesome if anyone could help

dont know where you are at the main story, the time stuck thingy could fix itself bei finishing the epilogue.
The 'secure the area' thing with luck by joining a random coop lobby and leaving instantly.
