It's not just that. The rate of fire has been nerfed. I can't spam it as fast before the changes.

Its been nerfed despite the damaged going from 80 to 100, the new animation is cool and I'd rather have a slower rate of fire and higher damaged, also its an ester egg so its not supposed to be a major game mechanic so its no big deal.

Shows how observant people are, that change to the reload animation was not changed in the latest hotfix, it was changed in the last big patch. The cost to craft was changed in the hotfix.
