[Bug] Double Time

Four days ago I completed the side quest "Double Time", however every time I come back to the game or restart the game. The quest is incomplete, and I need to do the last task. when I do the last task again, and chose to ask more money. Instead of giving me money the game takes away about $400. I don't know what caused this or how to fix this. Suggestions would be appreciated.

It is a "common" bug, it will be completed eventually while you do other quests, just ignore it
