Boot Licker Achievement Bugged

I saw, that a lot of people can't unlock this achievement including me. I gave every possible territory to Survivors but no achievement. Did someone unlocked it, in the current days?

i just finished the game and didnt get it. i also miss averys map for memento achievement.
any help or solution yet?

Quick update from me, neither the full Survivor, neither the full PK is not working for me. I just tested the last one 15 minutes ago. The final build up was 7 territory for the PK's and 1 for the Survivors. I just dont know how to survivors get a territory cause I didnt gave them and I didn't join anywhere and noone joined to my game. I think we have to write to the next bug fix post.

Steam Achivement​ Manager.
The 3rd party programs that let you Unlock or Remove any game's Achivements.
But i Already found the way to fix it Without 3rd party programe.

Cuz i dont think it was game content bug but your profile's steam game

Personally I dont want to lose all of my profiles, I wait till they fix it

You can backup it and Restore it later. but if you want them to fix then wait.

If not SAM you have to fix it manually or just wait them to fix it.
About the last one you need to play sidequest that will disappeared if you passed the final ark. and if it Disappeared or bugged you need to play new game save which mean you have to re-collect them at the start since the game hasn't NG+ yet or you play in coop with others players. (I can help)

Yes i have. I made a backup save for that one too.

fix it manually ; Backup and delete " Profiles" folder of the game at steam's folder. (cloud save disable )

Quick update to everyone, in the last patch (1.3.0) Boot Licker Achievement unlocked after I started a game with where I gave 7 territory to one group.
