Side quests disappear when i approach them

So i finished the game and returned to free roam to do some quests, activities, etc.. Now that i have almost everything complete, i see the occasional ! around the map and head there, as there aren't many side quests i haven't done. But when i get into the 100-ish m range of it, it just disappears, and appears again when i relaunch the game. Noticed this with "Satellite dream", "The knick", "Deep cover", "Its alive!" and "Birdwatching". Since it's a save where i have finished the story i assumed the 3 quests: "The knick", "Deep cover", "Its alive!" would disappear because it seems they would alter the story, which is already finished. But "Satellite dream" and "Birdwatching" are regular quests, and they still disappear when i approach them. Any idea why?

I had similar issue and solution for me was to take quest during day time.

Thing is, i tried multiple times to get them, which must have been during different times of the day, plus one of them is a night only quest, and still disappears when it's the night. But i guess it won't hurt to try again during daytime, thanks for the tip!
