Need help getting into the dev room please

I have been trying to get into the dev room and I just keep struggling was wondering if anyone could help.

made a text guide for myself when doing alts, as my memory sucks:

1st cable
Drop 2 floors from same side of building at terminal
2nd cable
Drop 2 floors, first drop from tight left side of window, second drop in middle of the window
3rd cable
Drop 3 floors using the plank as marker for first drop and use grapple to break fall on visible light, second drop again plank but tight to right during drop, third using grapple to break fall on light on right side, only see it during fall, don't blink.

If you're having problems getting in to the right rooms, try using the glider. It works well especially on the last two levels.

I have tried to use the glide r and I'm still having problems
