paraglider city tour challenge impossible

This challenge is just one of the most stupid things i have ever seen in my entire life. The challenge does not work properly in many ways which just makes it a rng fiesta. First problem is ring registration. often when you pass through the rings they just dont count and forces you to restart. The other thing is that the vents are so messed up. There are 2 main sections where vents are supposed to take you up really high so that you can continue the flight. But these 2 vents only push you up half the intended height. You are basically forced to have max upgraded paraglider and dash up to get to the intended height. But even that only works about 10% of the time since when you are flying up with a vent it prevents you from boosting upward. You have to wait for the vent to take you to the max height and then boost. That brings us to the problem that if you do that you will already have passed the ring and have to start over. The only strategy i have found is to either drop down to the ground and take things slowly which only works about 20% of the time. or to fly to the side and then boost diagonally into the ring which works about 10% of the time. You have to do this 2 times in a row while also not messing up on any of the other rings which is just stupidly hard and annoying. If you are going to have precise timing challenges atleast make them work properly

I completed it earlier today. level 3 glider with the boost REALLY helps. Also, I discovered that if I miss a checkpoint, hitting the next checkpoint after that will allow me to continue it, and the checkpoint i missed will still be counted.

This helped a lot and i completed it first try on silver. I have no clue how tf to do it gold tho but i think ill say screw off to that level and never return to it

It's an old thread, but I wanted to post it when I saw it for others who search this. I just completed it. It was accepted even though I skipped a few points and even passed a few of them on foot without a parachute.

Thank you so much Ryan! I seriously thought I had to pass through ALL checkpoints and that really did not make me happy! Your advice really helped! Thank you so much! :)
