Will the FOG / Smoke be addressed in the next patch?

After beating the game there is fog across the entire map even inside buildings alot of the time , and it makes me not even want to play the game anymore. The only fix I have found is a temporary one which is to join a random persons online game and then leave to go back to your singleplayer game. You have to do it everytime you launch the game though and its annoying af. Also it does not get rid of the smoke in the downtown area , just the fog. will this be patched soon?

may work for now , but every patch breaks all the mods

seems like the mod breaks the flashlight according to comments on it, Will just wait for an official patch to fix it
