Discord streaming laggy

When I try stream this game over discord my friends say its slideshow which is odd when all my other games stream fine. My system is more than enough to stream this my friend can stream it fine, he's on a 3080 and I'm running on a 3090 all same settings but it's unwatchable for my friends. (max setting all RT maxed 1440p)

I've updated windows installed all latest drivers still no change, anyone else had this problem and have any fixes/suggestions?

it sounds strange but try turning on v-sync if you havent already, that actually help stream stutters in my experience

Tried v-sync and g-sync on and off no change, I can stream fine through streamlabs OBS looks fine and not laggy on twitch.
