Reset Skills?

Is there a possibilty to remove a skill?

i just found out that the skill piercing arrows make arrows disappear when you shoot enemies... for me its absoluty important for my immersion that the arrows stick in my enemies, but with this piercing skill they just go through and disappear...

they haven't said anything about a skill reset option or even disabled some skills.
