How to drain the dam after the bad ending

How do you drain the dam with the high lvl loot containers if you chose the ending to try to save Lawan and ended up blowing up the city

Don't think you can as you completed the game. You'd have to choose that way as your ending instead of blowing up the city ending.

you can't

you have to replay the game, side with peacekeepers, then go against the colonel and open the bulkheads

no, this decision comes way before that

you can do it as a survivor ending as well. Im full survivors and chose to against the colonal.

thought you have to side with pks so that matt would give you quest to hunt him down? i guess that wouldn't matter now that i think about it

yeah doesnt make much sense to let the PKs do their thing as survivors ngl. I did it purely for the area unlock otherwise id side with the colonal. sad we have to choose between ethics and content lmao
