BUG - Side Quest - Wall of Valor: Lost Transmission
I was able to turn the quest in after each part and again as I turned in a new part I could turn in the preceding parts. After leon, I turned that in and got the rewards, but the quest for Wall of Valor: Lost Transmission didn't register as complete, and the NPC is now disabled / invisible, but I see the marker where she would be standing.

My cyra is missing after the Leon Mission too. There's only a marker left on the ground.
