Hermann boss fight bug?
Is this fight on some sort of time limit? I didn't have this issue the first time but if you don't do very well on this fight and take longer than usual, Hermann gets electrocuted and then I get electrocuted and we both die and then I have to restart.

We are in that deep pit and I don't see how any electricity would make it down there to cause this to happen. Is this some sort of weird bug?

Definitely not a time limit. Same happened to me when I drop kicked him into a corner at around 65% of his health which killed both of us via this electricity. So it was over under 30 seconds I believe. I didn't notice back then, but maybe there is an electrical cabinet in that room? They deal lethal damage very quickly.
