Why Techland have removed dev menu with the latest patch ?

Dev menu mod fixed my deathloop bug, 2 weeks before they officially fixed it. Just saying

my guess is that they plan to add content and you can find it through the dev menus before they are announced since it lets you spawn all assets in the code. many a big update/evenet were leaked in DL1 through the dev menus.

Be that as it may but the situation remains that Techland left a gamebreaking bug in the early game. 2 weeks after release they still didn‘t fix this faux pas. Quite the opposite, they remove the possibility for self-aid…. thus forcing the affected players to sit and wait further. At some point such behaviour will lead to backlash.

I feel you, man. I pretty much rage quit/uninstalled this game for the time being. Half my hideouts are glitched (as in, unusable. They don't appear on the map, and I can't interact with them) I don't know what they did with the last update, but Aiden drops dead pathetically easy now (I used to be able to jump off lamps with minor damage, now he just up and dies) and a wealth of other issues that's mostly on my end, but still ridiculous. I'm not going to restart a long ass game just for the hope that it'll work properly this time, nor am I going to keep playing while more issues might appear and break the game further.

Yes, I can understand them to try to not give the possibility to people to discover new content with that but It's was the only way to solve problem by ourselves ( Like Bethesda games, It would be impossible to play correctly without the console :/ )

I've preordered that damned game, I'm angry with that, like you and It piss me of to think that I've to play it later ... I don't have any answer from techland for that bug ( No answer for the impossibility to activate the Gamers&goodies account too ... )
