Talk to Josh about Elena bug [FIX]

I have had this bug twice now. After you accept to go to talk to Josh and you find him near the Canteen. The lights go out and a bunch of zombies come out and attack. You kill them and then flip the switch to the breakers and that turns the lights on. However Josh seems to be stuck in a weird animation and you can't interact with the guy. The door to his place also won't open so you're basically softlocked in this location unless you reload your game.

The fix: I found out its the wooden crate next to him that causes the issue. Since you can't use your weapons in there, grab one of the gas tanks and have them explode near the crate. Josh is immune to damage in this moment so you won't ruin the quest.
