Bow crafting?

I keep reading online you can craft a bow after Waltz, but I don't see it in my crafting menu. Are those websites just bunk? how can I get a leveled bow?

yea either you're reading it wrong or they are saying it wrong.

after the mission in the car factory, you'll be given the ability to make standard arrows. not bows. bows will start to show up in the central city, there are a few places where they are a static spawn meaning it'll be there all the time. but once you reach at least level 3, you'll start seeing bows in the vendor, and they can be artifact rarity, meaning its the highest quality of bow you can get of that level. I dont even think you can find an artifact quality bow anywhere out in the world or as a drop so anything you find is going to be worst than what you can find in the vendors.

the bows in the world are also static with level as well. so you can find level 6 bows, but then again if you're doing all your side quests, you'll probably be level 6+ by the time you get to the areas where you find these bows and thus will have found a vendor that sells level 6 artifact bows.
