How to complete Spark of invention side quest and continue the story?
How are people completing this quest in order to continue the main story? I got the bug where you can't progress meeting people at the Bazzar so I deleted my save and restarted (4 hours gone) and I come back to same Bazzar bug where if you talk to everyone the quest won't progress , a quick search shows that I need to complete Spark of invention and help the guy make an electric fence for the goats but I tried to visit a forsaken store at night and it's insanely hard, there are screamers and zombies who chase you and I couldn't even find the entrance. So do I just need to get good? I'm seeing people much further in the story so I don't know how they're getting so far ahead. I really thought I could just talk to everyone in the Bazzar and then talk to Hakon but looks like it's not so simple.

You can use your binoculars to scope out the walls near forsaken stores to find their entry point first, assuming the entrance isn't marked.

What you're looking for is a boarded up door, with the lower section of the door uncovered, forcing you to crawl to enter. This also means you can let howlers do whatever once you've found the entrance to the store since the zombies won't crawl in after you (you may still have to deal with virals in the store though).

thanks, so is that what everyone is doing? I randomly had enough electronics when I first started the game but I wiped that save and I only have 1 out of 2 , which is why I want to get another to complete this and continue the main story.

Every single zombie in the store will be awake and looking for his brain if he enters during a chase.
It can be hard early on but it's best to stick to the roofs and try drop down on floor level right in front of the entrance. Once inside it's all about stealth (and takedowns)

ok I had to fight every single zombie in the nearby store but I was able to get an electronic and finish the Spark of invention quest. Thanks. Unfortunately my Bazzar story quest still won't update, I think it's cause I messed up and accepted the bugged cheers quest? so I'm trying to do that now in hopes I can finally play the story. I've never played such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bugged game before, Cyberpunk didn't give me nearly as much grief. At least with Cyberpunk I just reloaded and the quest continued like normal, I have to go to such great lengths just to continue an early story quest like meet the people in the Bazzar.

I made progress in the cheers mission and the game finally let me continue the main story instead of being stuck on "meet the people of the Bazzar". Cyberpunk never gave me quest trouble like this. I saw stairs missing some edges in the PK base you could see into the space that players aren't meant to see, ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ridiculous.
