Ps3 graphic?

The graphics are really bad try looking at the flowers if you turn the flowers will turn with you they are simple 2d flowers really ugly! Most of the textures are muddy and fuzzy and then there is the performance a 6900XT gets at 4k in such a way a graphic not even 60FPS that's a joke! And don't come at me with open world because there are so many open world that have better graphics and deliver more FPS eg Far cry6 to name just one or Horizon zero...oh there are 1000 examples of such a graphic with this performance is easy terrible! 35 FPS with 6900xt no way this is so freaking badoptimized!

The game is available on multiple platforms and launchers. They might own it elsewhere.

You can't get 60 fps at 4k simply because the game DOES NOT have native 4k textures like 99% of the games out there. So, whoever plays higher than 1080p is basically upscaling (remodelling texture and calculate what the pixel will be) which kills performance for obvious reasons. I'm getting 120+ fps on a 2080. It runs smooth, colors are cool and the graphic is alright, nothing special but I wouldnt say "bad optimized". Go and play some tarkov, thats some serious non optimized $h1t :)

I personally think the game looks great, maybe a little cluttered with detail. they could get rid of a few things and it would look cleaner and maybe soften some of the textures because to me atleast some things look way too sharp which is why i disabled anti-aliasing.

I think the game itself looks amazing but they kinda went with the too much detail route. sometimes less is more imo

most hater kids forget, that dl2 runs on the dl1 engine and for that the game looks fantastic. if u look closely, u will see how sharp the textures are and the lighting is just great. i mean even if techland would have made a new engine, even more brainless ppl would cry about "bad" performance. so just be happy that this game runs on any potato u own.
for me it runs perfect maxed out, dlss quality, directx 12 - 120-160 fps.

This game is full of bad textures full of bugs and terribile wind animations like ps3 ...

The 3080 performs quite well when RT off at 4K. If the 6900xt does not, that may not be entirely the games fault.

I love these "PS3 Graphics" comments when a) PS3 games run at less than 1080p, and b) triangle budgets for even the most advanced PS3 games don't come close to this.

Texture res is not sharp due to TAA (you can disable TAA and see for yourself). The textures even so are still way more detailed than a PS3 game.

Now if you want to compare it to other current PC games, yes I agree, the graphics could have been handled a lot better. I myself have several gripes with them.

The human mind makes all these wonderful nostalgic ideas that are objectively untrue.

i play 3090 4k ultra DLSS quality with oled

i like dl2, i've already played through it twice.

But from a visual point of view, there are many beautiful things, but also many that look old-fashioned, And if I now start to compare it with what would be possible, then dl2 has bad cards.

You just have to compare it to Horizon Forbidden West.

DL2 1080p RT 30fps

HFW 2160p RT 30fps

And Horizon Forbidden West, also has the much better textures.

Sometimes it seems to me as if there are people working in studios like cd project red or techland who are specifically sabotaging these projects.

This theory is also strengthened for me when I now see that the new patches 1.04-1.05 actually only make the performance worse.
