Is there an Alternative to giving Hakon the GRE Key?

I'm pretty sure Hakon is working for Waltz and was the one that killed Lucas, there are too many signs pointing to him being a traitor. Right now we're in the metro underground and he's trapped behind a metal gate, and he's demanding that I give him GRE key.

However, instead of Aiden automatically giving him the key, it wants me to select the option to give him it. I'm wondering if there's a second option that I've missed out on, like maybe it's obvious that Hakon is traitor to the player, but you need to do something else to make it obvious to the character, and I've somehow missed that.

Can anyone confirm if there is a second choice that I've missed out on? Or is there only the one choice, and it's meant to be somehow ironic that Hakon was the traitor despite seeing it coming from a mile away?

Peacekeeper in Old (I can't think of the name of the town) I don't recall that interaction with Survivor Path. I don't want to spoil anything because I don't know where you are in the story.

i went with peacekeepers path and yea you can't do anything about it sadly, just gotta give him the key (unless i missed something)

Im almost done with the story and never had that situation. He never asked for a key or was trapped behind a metal gate.
Wow, clearly says that some of the early choices changed this for me. We really need to record all the choices and play this again. Devs maybe true when they said we only see 75% of the whole created main story content in one playthrough
