The Fortune Teller side quest thingy

Where the ♥♥♥♥ am i supposed to find the 3 other kings or 'deck of cards'? I mean, I've been running around this damn map for hours looking for these cards and I haven't found ♥♥♥♥. There's no quest marker or anything, just an objective that says "FiNd tHe t HRE e KINGES !?11/1/1/11'.

1. Card is on the table right behind the quest giver
2. On the PK mothership near the vendor
3. In the Fish Eye right next to the bar on the table

Or just google it :D

I have the quest glitched.. I picked the last card and it still shows me 2/3. So I am ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
