How to see your standing with a faction?

I think I ran into a bug, I unlocked the water tower for the PK's and it showed me unlocking the "3rd" ability for the PK's. I just did the second electrical facility and gave it to the PK's, this should have unlocked the Crossbow... But it showed the 3rd ability again. Is there a way to bring up the screen that shows what you have unlocked with the factions?

EDIT: Does anyone else show the Horseshoe Water Tower "Horseshoe Zone" as not assigned? Mine is not showing assigned but its clearly assigned to the PK's. This might be why I only have 3 abilities unlocked.

go to map and scroll back itll show at bottom , xbow is 4th one
