missing one inhibitor

So did all GRE dark zones, anomalies, looted all detected by the radio towers did the first biomarker quest. Missing only one and it doesn't appear on map or anywhere is there one in a story mission or something that's missable? or is it just bugged and doesn't show on map or somethin?

Update: Okay there's an inhibitor not marked its in a dark hollow between the spruce windmill and roof top school in saint pauls island, there's a safe code is 987

Same,issue haven't found the last one,assuming is not locked in a main quest.
