power station elevator bug

houndfield electrical station the elevator wont come down. i have activated both relays in the station but the elevator wont come down and with that i am not able to activate the station and get the reward

this won't work for the houndfield electrical station. believe me, I've tried everything.

I've got the same bug it seems. The elevator did come down at first, then I rode it up, then went back to open the gate that was locked to retrieve all the loot caches. I fell too far and died, cam back now the elevator won't come back down, and the gates I previously opened are now locked. WTF?
