Question Regarding Map Markers

I'm a completionist and I was wondering if places like military convoys, hallows, and other loot sources have their map marker removed once looted?

I noticed that they don't remove from the map even though they are looted or maybe I'm just missing loot?

nope, they just dont dissapear, because next day the loot will be refilled.

Im completionist as well and for me this is poor game design in this matter

What about the inhibitor containers then? They don't respawn but do they disappeare once theyre collected?
