How do I throw knives?
Sorry for the simple question but as yet I cannot figure it out.

Make sure it is equipped in your item bar I think you hold either 1 or 2.

1 cycles your offensive tools, 2 for your restorative/buff. Hold 3 and Q/E to cycle ranged ammo type when using a ranged weapon. Everything else should have a tutorial pop-up the first time.
