Military Airdrop THB-NW4

Hey all, I've searched up walkthroughs and such but i cannot get that darn airdrop. Any help would be appreciated. The vent that's supposed to take me onto the building across it does not lift me that high. Even tho others just zoom right on up.

One guy on youtube wrote that it is a playstation bug.
My glider is on max and cant go high enough.

you can probably use the grapple hook method to get up there which is basically just spamming grapple hook as it pulls you upward or you can take the elevator in vnc tower and just glide to it from the top of that building as it's not too far away.

btw you need to progress the story to unlock both the grapple hook and vnc tower elevator so if you don't have any access to either of them just go through the story more.

Yeah i figured it out. I just maxed my stamina and just kept tilting back and zooming on the glider.
