Wharf Water Tower Bug
I climbed the top of the water tower to claim it but when I get to the valve there's no option to interact with the valve and it says to secure the area as a mission guide but it's a narrow linear tower upwards. Everything is secure... There's just no option to interact with the valve...

Same. Restarting from a safe spot doesn't work for me. I've played were the enemies are responded and also while they don't. In any case I am stuck reaching the top and unable to see the icon to interact with the valve even though it does show that once I've activate it i will lose any available loot
