have tried every date combo. seems like nobody has even found this safe yet

I think it 1776 ..the birth of our nation..I'm pretty sure. ALthough in a game that is all over the world..Not fair to have a USA based riddle.

It was announced/presented to the Continental Congress on June 28, 1776 by Thomas Jefferson. It was formally signed on July 4, 1776 after being ratified.
