Missing pre-order bonus

I pre-ordered the game but the pre-order bonuses weren't there.

So I tried everything : Checking "Extras", Linking accounts on TechlandGG, beating the prologue and check back on "Extras", restarting the game, beating the prologue another time and checking back again on "Extra", but there's still nothing...
And yes, before asking : I'm sure this is a pre-order, I bought the game 10 days before its release and I was able to pre-load it a day before.

Are there other people in this situation ? Did you manage to get the content ? If yes, how ?

Well yes i also cant find it i even tried to link my steam to techlandgg.com page and i tried to claim The Hussar. Web page tells me that i claimed it but same as with pre-order i cant find it in game :/ i checked my stash and other staff, but so far nothing. I think i also saw something about that it will be avaible after prologue, but i am not sure when it will be :D (i am past that binocular section, but still nothing)

Same issue here, already conquering the city with the PKs and still no preload bonus.

My stuff is in the "Extras" tab when I check in one of the stash sites.
I'm level 2 and have played a few hours now so are way past the prologue.
Didnt check until just a few minutes ago, so dont know if I had access to these gods before the patch I downloaded today or not.

It's a really silly way of doing it but I got my soundtrack and pre-order/edition items. Link your Steam account with Techland's gamer's and goodies site (techlandgg.com) then click the button at the link to activate your rewards. Go to your profile, check notifications, click the buttons to download. The in-game items should be in your stash.

I have the same issue. I got only the Deluxe Legendary Skin Pack. I bought that game on 24.Dec.2021 and normaly i should have the "The Reload skin" pack
and "The Reach for the Sky" skin pack...

I get The Hussar today in the stash but is the only thing I have, no twitch drops, no pre-oder bonuses. Also when you click on "claim" (under Twitch drops) you are redirected to the Techland site but the warning that there was until a few hours ago where they warned the players of a problem with the objects and that they were solving has disappeared ... but without having solved anything!

Tried that, but nothing, no pre-order. no Hussar. Only stuff in my profil was some wallpapers and i dont know what and The Hussar, which i tried to claim, but there is nothing in my game. So i guess i will have to wait

Thank you all for posting your personnal experience, from what I read here and elsewhere it seems like almost everyone is glichy (some in many other ways)...

The game has been out for 2 days, sadly many modern games are glitchy at the beginning, so I think it's just a "release glitch" and there isn't really anything else we can do than waiting for an update or something... Let's just hope it comes before we finish the game...

The only thing I could do was submit a ticket to Techland, explaining the situation, maybe this will resolve my case, you all should do the same thing guys.
