lag
I have been getting alot of lag recently it only seems like it lags really bad when I am in the old town of DL2 but I have also had a problem like this in the first game when I am in old town. my PC is not the best but it can run games like Mordhau Valhiem and Teardown at max graphics fine so idk why I would be lagging in DL1 and 2

It is a relatively low-tier graphics card so native 1080p / 60fps is slightly unrealistic. You should reduce Fog quality but you'll have to reduce native resolution or apply FSR to hit the frame rate target. You could also consider 50Hz/50fps if the screen supports that refresh.

RAM is pretty low, might want to upgrade to 16GB, no doubt that's the cause of your issues.
