How to Assigning facilities?
I just in the start of the campaing, already opened few facilities in 1-1 zones, and game keep telling me 'Assign Facility' but no popup choice window appears which i saw on some screenshots or guides
Is it something that will be Unlocked via story progress?

Yes, you'll need to basically be introduced by both factions before you have the option of assigning facilities to either. It happens after... you conquer the first water tower in the main quest line.

ok, I am still on quest to find some captain's weapon, and got distracted to farm this and that
So I guess its better to go for main quests for a while, thanks
