[Bug] Game breaking bug at end of Water Tower quest
When they game asks me to investigate Barney's hideout for evidence. Player can't interact with interesting points in Barney's room.

tried to restart the game, the bug is still here

I got it working. The best advice I can give you is keep spamming Survivor Sense until it works. That worked for me

Weirdly enough after trying to wait fro the second call several times it eventually worked after a few restarts.

I had the same bug, However, I hit "Q" a few times and it allowed me to pick up the piece of skin and complete it.
