AMD System Performance
Hi all, contemplating getting this but want to see what performance people are getting with similar system to mine. I have 5800 CPU and 6900 XT GPU. For people with similar specs, what are you getting in FPS and do you get stutter?

I got 5800x and rtx 3070.

Playing on 3440x1440 resolution,GSYNC ON.

Playing on high details with DLSS quality, cause on native is a little bit laggy without RT
got stable 90-120 fps sometimes it drops to 80.
With RT Sun Shadows Quality, also with dlss quality got over 70fps but for me is waste of perfomance for a game.

Fun fact : i noticed on NZXT cam on my Kraken z73 my cpu temperature is like 70-75 celcius but the liquid temperature is like 45 celcius.

No stutter,no lags with DLSS quality high details.

Only i had few crashes after setting it up to DX12,so i stayed with Dx11 for now untill techland gonna fix it :P

3600, 6800 OC, 32gb 3200mhz @ 2560x1440 (2k)

Can run it high entirely without RTX 80-120fps averaging 90's for me with my OC profile off btw.

RTX on and all high? 35-40 fps....... Plus it looks like crap anyway. Too smooth and buttery looking. Idk whats up..

Get this..

I put the game to low with my resolution the same of course, No RTX obviously, HEAPS BETTER lighting and realistic darker tones..

If you ask me, As of now, Their graphic settings are bugged.

i have the same cpu and gpu as you and even with raytracing on im getting a good 50ish frames im pretty impressed and no stutters after a few seconds of loading into an area. thats with it being on the normal raytracing setting btw. on raytracing ultimate is about 30 which isnt terrible but not worth the drop imo. the game looks great either way anyways. but as usual on amd systems raytracing is 50/50 since no dlss so use it if you are comfortable with the preformace loss otherwise runs great and looks great without RT on.

i think us amd users are having bigger performance issues.

Windows 11 Home 64-bit
AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 12-Core Processor
32 gigs ddr4 memory
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 SUPER
Display Memory: 24355 MB
Dedicated Memory: 8010 MB
Shared Memory: 16345 MB
Current Mode: 3840 x 2160 (32 bit) (60Hz)

and getting some FPS drops. Stutter getting annoying too.

hey, I have a 5800x. 6900XT, tun on average 100 fps without RTX, in a 3440x1440 resolution, all max, without any anti aliasing

You can edit the games "ini" must be worth seeing if there are settings to tweak to help fix some of the performance stuff.

The file is "video.scr" in the games Directory

Here are some of the things you can adjust.

GrassQuality(3)
FilmGrain(0)
AntiAliasing(1)
AntiAliasingQuality(1)
ReflectionsQuality(2)
ContactShadowsQuality(4)
SpotShadowsQuality(2)
TextureQuality("High")
ShadowMapSize(2048)
SpotShadowMapSize(4096)
FSR(0.455000)
Upscaler(0)

You can probably tweak the FSR mode to actually achieve an "Ultra Quality FSR" mode which isn't currently an option in the game.

amd gpu are getting worse performance now that every new AAA game uses dlss as a lazy crutch to optimize performance for pc ports and they just ignore amd optimization

Even I didn't stutter and I tested it at 5k scaled, but 20-30 fps max lol

As for the stutter, Idk whats up there. Haven't noticed that any.
