Can't redeem weapons from the Deluxe/Pre-Order bonus.

I redeemed them mabye twice. Now the 2h cooldown is over, but when I click to redeem as before, nothing happens. The stats for one of them seemed really good too but I couldn't get it.
I have the last one in my inventory so I figured mabye it doesn't want to overlap, but I'm almost certain I had two of the same axe you can get as the bonus before. Tho since they're axes I didn't really pay attention.
If I can't redeem them anymore I want to use the machetes I got sparingly, but if I can't get new one as long as I have old one, then at least I know to use the ones I have more often than my "I need to save it for as long as possible" mentality lets me.
I also upgraded one of them with an electric add on.

I can't get any new ones either after the first were gone, no idea why. If I was only allowed of each then I would've liked to know like how it says for the Hussar.

after you redeem it. its inside your stash. you just need to move them from the stash to your inventory and equip them

I am having the same problem, I was able to redeem and use the items once.
after the cool down was over, I went to get them again and nothing happens, they don't go back on CD or into my stash. if they were single use it should have said so..

There was an update a while ago so I hoped it would fix it but I guess not. I was able to get mabye 2 of each before it stopped working. I don't want to use up that last one I have because it's one of my favorite weapons but if it's what it takes to fix it I'd like to know.

i had this bug since release and even made new saves... all the weapons that are redeemable on a cooldown including preorder and PAID extra DLC as well as twitch drops all have a cooldown timer that is stuck. havent fixed it after a year? bruh
