Where is Artbook?

Even though I purchased the Ultimate Edition, I cannot access extra content such as Artbook. Normally, they should have been downloaded to the folder where the game is installed, but unfortunately it does not exist.

Hello!
A bit of a late answer, but I just figured it out yesterday myself.
The artbook can’t be opened via ingame means (Aiden’s stash) or in you game file location as some claimed. At least, that didn’t work for me.
You’ll receive your ultimate/deluxe edition rewards via techlandgg, it’s just really clumsily placed, if someone asks me and I spent quite some time searching for it.

1. You’ll have to visit following link: https://techlandgg.com/events/dl2-special-editions
2. You’ll need to scroll down to “How to claim your bonus content?”
3. Follow the steps (Creating a techland account, connect steam to the account)
4. Now, you actually need to click “Activate Rewards” (red button, I thought it was just a picture, but it actually IS the right button right there)
5. After that, you “Go to rewards” (again, the yellow button is right there)
There you should be able to download. If you did these steps before and can’t find the place to actually download it again (if you closed the side or something), you’ll can re-download them on you Profile -> Account History -> Download History (You’ll need to click the right tab in the second header) (Looks like this: https://bilderupload.org/bild/6ef875283-techlandgg)

I am not sure, that this will be the solution for everyone. It might be broken for some people.
But perhaps it will help you.
