The physical edition has no pre-order bonuses

I pre-ordered the deluxe edition from one of the official retailers for this game in my country (it was listed on the site for pre-orders).
Now that I have received my game, I see that I do not have a pre-order bonus.
Thank you. I'm sure that this beautiful empty box (steelbook), which does not even have a dummy disk (yes, it's just empty))) was worth the bonuses that I lost.
PS: I tried to contact the seller's support service, but they could not understand what my problem was. The developer support seems to be feeling bad.

Bought it through amazon (AT-Pegi Version) out of Germany and i got my preorder bonus per mail.
