There are numerous threads already. Germany gets a censored version. No gore for human NPCs, players can't kill neutral NPCs, overall blood amount is reduced and censored versions can only play coop with other censored versions.

The germany version is not only cut but allegedly unable to coop with uncut versions of the game. You can buy the game via the official techland store and receive an uncut key.

deutschland ist geschnitten weil USK rumgeheult hat ..
kannst aber von nem österreicher oder schweizer etc pp giften lassen dann bekommst at version

Welche ID hast denn du? Ich habe es auch gerade von der Techland Seite gekauft und habe die exakt selbe ID bekommen, welche ich auch auf Steam hätte kaufen können. ID:534380. Auf SteamDB finde ich aber auch nur noch eine ID zum Spiel. Kann es sein, dass die zweite ID gestrichen wurde?

Honestly it's probably for the best since the gore in this game is weird anyways. you could kick someone in the foot and they'll have blood splatter on their entire body lol
