Questions about the main character

Can we create our main character or just straight default character?

Preset main guy. Only customization we get is in outfits.

We can "shape" him, I guess via choices we do over the story.
Though that's more like how we "role play" V in Cyberpunk,
where it's a "set" character that we can kind of just shape of define how they act.
Unlike most RPG's where you get to roleplay and define a more or less blank slate.

I see, i thought they going to do a different approach but still, good for we can "shape" him
