There is a freeware version you can download and try, Google "Maldita Castilla". IMO it is better than the old G&G arcade games.
Also, I discovered Castilla by that proof of concept rom for the Mega Drive and would be awesome if you release the full game in cart form to join Paprium, Tanglewood and Xeno Crisis as new releases. Maybe you could partneer with Piko Interactive or Super Fighter Team.
