What's happening to collector's edition pre-orders?
I dropped $250 Canadian (which is a lot of money) on collectors edition, they pulled all pre-orders and I haven't heard anything yet.

I don't know if I should just keep the pre-order and wait until they automatically reimburse me?

get a refund through Steam...if you still want the game, buy it when ( "if" is more likely) it comes out...even better, wait for reviews to pop up also

It wasn't bought through Steam, it was bought through Paradox's official website. And it seems the support page for the pre-order page is no longer there because the pre-order page is no longer there.

I am wondering the same thing cause i bought one to. WTF! just send me the statue and a shirt that says "Vampires suck" and im good

@PDX_Moderator_2, a little help here? Can you find out if the company will be refunding collectors editiions preorders because I am having trouble figuring it out on my own?

Ya it seems you got screwed over, they got your $250 for nothing. I would say start a class action suit against Paradox and Hardsuit labs, even if Hardsuit Labs are just Paradox's scapegoat. Sadly only their benefactors have any chance of holding them accountable.

If you bought with Paradox store then you're safe. Like Camoran says drop them a message. Steam should also be ok for pre-orders generally. Both companies follow a good standard of European consumer rights.

hey moody i just put in a refund ticket for the collectors edition, Got a email back in German stating they will be working on a refund and will get a hold of me.

yep got a refund :( I would rather have the collectors edition and the game. Hoping Paradox can finish this thing.

Generally, any pre-orders already made are currently unaffected, which, if anything changes, we'll make sure to let everyone know about.
