cant exit out of journal?

so, in the hospital scene in the beginning when sean gets his journal back, i can't seem to exit out of the journal after reading the entry? im pressing every button, esc, tab, clicking everywhere, nothing!!! im stuck!!

Just try to navigate the journal back to Jacob's picture then you can get option to leave
