No Voices

Hey y'all, any of you's having any problems with the game? By that I mean you can hear all the sound, except the characters voices. Yes, I've checked it voice was off, and it was on. Not sure what to do about it. If you had previous issues like this one and fixed it, please let me know how to solve it :)

looking back at some older discussions, this seems to be a bug that happens occasionally. no solution so far, but you could always try resetting game options, verifying files or reinstalling the game

lol it's still not fixed
2 years passed when it happened in my playthrough and I couldn't continue
I guess I will never finish the game

They didn't fix it because the problem is 99.99 % for sure on your side, and it can be basically anything. From game files, dependencies (DirectX & Co.), drivers, ... to sound setup or even the screen resolution.
