Can't figure out how to open backpack

I know this is ridiculous. But it shows right arrow key. I'm using the arrow keys for navigation (which is a whole another issue. I'm using the mouse to walk, but when I need to turn, the only way I see to do that is to just keep switching between those & the mouse for movement) .

Ack!! I still haven't figured it out. I'm at .... a later part, and the only reason I was able to open it was because they literally just showed the backpack sitting on the ground next to him. This was my first time the whole game being able to check inside of it.

To Jog / Run you hold shift down... You can open the backpack by pressing tab... You can focus on Daniel by Pressing Q. You can focus back on your shoulder by pressing C.

If those displease you, you can customize your keyboard configuration by selecting Settings → Controls → Edit Keys from the Main Menu.
