How to buy a gift for Daniel?
I've taken a break from the game and maybe I'm forgetting something about how the interface works but I've spent 10 minutes trying and failing to buy a snowman for Daniel ($5) at the Christmas Market in Episode 2. I have enough cash ($9.03) but the only options I have are "Look" and "Put Back". The snowman is highlighted in white...I just have no idea why there's no "Buy" option. I don't remember any difficulty buying stuff at the restaurant in Episode 1. Anyway I'd be grateful for some advice!

It's been awhile since I played but maybe you buy it when talking to the seller?

Yes, it worked! I had to interact with the seller while the snowman was highlighted, then I got the pay option :-) Thanks very much again!
